There might be some merit to making alt text for images and changing page descriptions, but they are all the same changes across the board. Every image if it is missing a description will be labelled exactly the same. Worst part if they are made outside of your website and somehow placed on top. You can't subscribe for a while and 'improve' your website as the changes will disappear unless you pay the monthly ransom, I mean fee!

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution and explore alternative options for SEO improvement.
