Good if Non Tech-savvy Really great walk-through regarding SEO and site set-up, customer support pretty quick to respond for emergency issues and extremely helpful. Non tech-savvy person but was able to build my site in 30 minutes and have SEO on it. I really enjoy showing off my business and will suggest Seona to others who want to do the same.

The SEO Product Got My Service Based Company Calls I have only used the trial for the SEO product, and within 2 days we received 2 calls from people that found us on google. This previously had only happened a couple of times over quite some time. The team is great to work with and the other products they have seem to be very promising! Highly recommend this to any business owner.

Not Ready For Public Release. Update: I emailed Kyle directly and he has sorted out the refund. There was a bug preventing some users from cancelling properly. He was very apologetic about that and the support chat experience. I'm updating the review to 3 stars on that basis, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place and the technical issues with the platform still stand. Original review: Awful. SEONA didn't link to my website, despite following the troubleshooting steps. I reached out to support and was ignored, so I cancelled my week free trial within 2 days of it starting. I've since been charged a full annual subscription (somehow!) and I'm now getting canned responses from their chat support. The first response was to the wrong person. To top it off, the wordpress plugin went a bit nuts and tried changing all our meta data to incorrect things. As I couldn't link SEONA to the plugin, there was no way to stop it or change the amendments. As of writing this, they are refusing a refund, despite the fact I cancelled during the trial period.
