However within 24 hours all communications from my website were being forwarded to a private, unauthorized third party and the permission I had assigned to Seona was now some podcast email. First and foremost, usestyle.ai managed to create duplicate titles and meta descriptions for my homepage, a fundamental blunder that wreaked havoc on my site's search engine rankings. When I reached out to their support for assistance, the response time was appalling - a full 24 hours before I received any acknowledgment. Upon finally receiving a response, I was told that the matter had been escalated, only to be met with another 24 hours of silence. The frustration continued to mount as I persisted in seeking a resolution, only to be informed that the issue was supposedly caused by another app, absolving usestyle.ai of any responsibility. In an attempt to salvage the situation, I requested that usestyle.ai remove their codes and delete the plugins they had implemented. While they complied with this request, shockingly, they refused to clean up the mess they had made, leaving my website in a state of disarray. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and a blatant disregard for the damage caused by their intervention make usestyle.ai a company to be wary of. The experience with their support was nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me with a damaged website and a bitter taste in my mouth.
