That's when the real problem surfaced. It took a lot of searching to find information on cancelling. The following info is what we found... "if you would like to cancel your subscription to Seona, click on your account in the top right corner and select "Billing". Here, you will be able to cancel. This is the only way to cancel your Seona subscription." The problem is that there is no button on the top right. On another page we found a red button that said, CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. Clicking that caused the button image to open in a new window... no links, no cancel, nothing. There is no true contact information to be found – unless you want to upgrade your subscription. We finally went to our credit card company and asked for help. Stay away from Seona. I have seen other reviews reporting similar issues
