Unsophisticated technical support The technical support are so naive and non-techinical that they just don't try understand the issue and respond anything without solution. They have lot many issue VPS servers and DNS system. I will not recommend them for any services.

Another awful company Another awful company. Took 2 days to activate my service then suspended me after a couple hours & also contacted my domain name provider to suspend my domain names. I was just using the space practice as I am learning web design. These people have issues.

My hosting on webcare360 is unusable My hosting on webcare360 is unusable, the database keeping down every week. They just can't fix the problem.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A WEBCARE I even emailed about my domain being left here. I only need the eep code to transfer my domain to another service but it hasn't been given for up to a week. even though it's my domain registered in my name. this webcare is my domain stealer.
