A Calisthenics Must Have!!! Red light therapy is amazing for recovery and now being able to do it anywhere and anytime is amazing! You can only progress as fast as you can recover so with that being said more and faster recovery = more gains!!!

What an amazing device What an amazing device that makes my life so much better by letting me recover faster and heal my sore muscles. Normally I use it before sleep and feel like a new person in the morning. Totally recommend you to give it a try

A no brainer for your recovery My knee was really hurting, and I used Lumaflex on the knee area, quads, and hamstrings for 10min each and experienced instantaneous relief. I was blown away by how quickly it works! Felt in love 😍 now I use it every day, especially before bedtime, on my stomach, lower back, chest, and legs; it really helps my recovery, digestion, and skin appearance! Also, I don't know why, but when I use it before bed, it gives me a sense of calm and care, so it really helps me calm down my nervous system! If you are passionate about fitness and improving your body and life like me, you will love to have this toy handy, too haha 🥰

Professional boxer’s best friend! I’ve been using the Lumaflex infrared portable unit for quite a while now and it really speeds up my injury recovery from my boxing training. I wish I would’ve had this unit sooner to support me in my professional career. I’m super happy with the quality of the product and that it’s waterproof is even better! Amazing!

love how they made it flexible and waterproof Finally, a red and infrared light that I can bring anywhere. I love that they made this waterproof, I've been using Lumaflex for months now and I can see and feel how it helps me during and after working out 💪🏼 it's also very sturdy + flexible - something I had hard time seeing in other devices.
