GBEase of government filings I appreciate having government filings presented to me in a timely way and knowing which ones are coming due and when. I sometimes find navigation complicated on some compliance items.

GBbad advice and then tried to double charge me. I am the officer of a start-up non-profit. I told Harbor when we hired them that we were new. After paying them to register us, they informed me for the first time that we could not file without our annual tax filling with the IRS. Since we were not a year old we could not have that. We agreed that we should wait a few months until we had that form. When I went back with the form, Harbor insisted on charging me the fee again since we were now in a different fiscal year, a fee approach that was never disclosed and which results in a double charge for the same registration. Even worse, their insistence that we had to have the IRS form to file turns out to be wrong. As a result we have missed months of contributions while waiting, erroneously, to file. I cannot get anyone at Harbor to even reply to these complaints.

GBGiving AEC Firms a sigh of relief! Their knowledge of the Architecture and Engineering space is really what led me to go with Harbor Compliance. Their knowledge accompanied by their software suite for organizing all of my compliance data was a homerun for my firm! Thank you for giving me sooo much time back in my day :)

GBWorth It. Harbor Compliance streamlines all of our registered agents into one platform. It's been transformational in saving us time and money. I like it that Harbor doesn't send me ads for additional products/services and I like the personal touch that I receive as a client.

GBHC historically is a mess HC historically is a mess. we get a new rep multiple times a year and HC doesnt know what states we are registered. luckily, we know and can handle this. we are using other Registered Agents and they see to know how to get this done and at a much cheaper cost.
