One Cancellation...THEN an Ordeal One Cancellation...THEN an Ordeal . We had a home test scheduled for Wednesday, December 29th between 8 a.m. & 10 a.m. As 10 a.m. approached, we called them and they'd canceled the appointment without notifying us. Apparently the tester didn't want to travel to Sparta. Our niece had to reschedule her flight (she livea in Vancouver) to Monday, January 3rd. We had another home test scheduled that day between 8 a.m. & 10 a.m. At around 8:15 they called to tell us the yester came down with covid. We had to drive to Paramus NJ, about an hour east of us. We got there by 9:30 a.m. and tge testing was done by 10 a.m. We paid for the expedited test, with the test results promised to be sent out in "4 to 6 hours." We called all afternoon and at around 5:50 p.m. we were finally able to get the results. Yes, it was a tough time of year, with all the added restrictions, but this was a nightmare.

Delayed. Wrong info. Invalid QR code. Didn’t provide the result for the same day order until the next day after I reached out to them. The sex info of us got mixed up (fixed after complaint). My name was miss spelled (didn’t get any updated report for this). QR code on the report doesn’t lead you to your result. Not even a website.

Navus Health was excellent Navus Health was excellent. The staff is very nice, they showed up on time to give my COVID test and sent reminders for my appointment for two days before. Results were given in the appropriate timeframe. VERY RELIABLE!

Very dissatisfied Very dissatisfied. I had an apointment this morning for my son so that he could start school tomorrow. I received several confirmation messages both in text and email from the company in advance stating that the Director, Kristi Byer, would be coming to test my son. However this morning, no one showed up, and no one called. Due to an error a few weeks ago where the company incorrectly texted me about someone elses appointment, I happened to have the cell number of Kristi the Director. I called and texted. She then informed me that she would not be coming to test my son, as she was at an event elsewhere, but that some man would be coming (whose name and information I still don't know). She was unable to provide an ETA, any information about him, and then she stopped responding. Two hours after my scheduled appointment I then got a call from a call center overseas saying that she was "sorry and would process my refund." I had to make a much more expensive very inconvenient appointment (over 90 minutes away from my home) to get my son tested so that he could start school on time. Very unprofessional, disorganized organization. Don't rely on them and certainly go elsewhere.
