I encountered no probelm wih communication before and after ordering, but I wasn't completly satisfied with the outcome of my order. I think thay need to improve thier customer service. The quality of the product was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in thier prices and delivery speeds. Overal, the experiece with Monrow Farms was quite satisfactory.

There are better deals out there, but you get what you pay for in this cace. The customer service I recieved was fair. Not particularly helpful, but I did get questions answered quickly. The customer service helpline was relitivley helpful, though they could have been more proactive when I experienced a few technical difficulties. The website itself was quite easy to use, although could do with a few minor updates. Generally speaking, it was an OK experience- I don't think i'd buy again, though I might reccomend it to a friend. Spellchecker-proofing? -> i'd reccomend, relitivley, helpline.
