Buggy Algo Denied Refund Despite Bug-free Guarantee I purchased the indicator and the auto trader for $600. I was skeptical but with their now non-existent 14 day bug-free refund guarantee I made the purchase not expecting to run into issues. Within a few days I noticed many bugs (back testing inconsistencies, trading not staying within the budgeted risk tolerance, and major differences between how the algo performs live vs backtesting on minute charts). They acknowledged that there were bugs and that it would be resolved on the next update that was always around the corner. I waited a month and never had any updates…asked for them to honor their 14 day bug-free guarantee (I am glad I took a screenshot of it because they removed this) and was told that if Microsoft gave a refund for each bug then they’d be out of business…so my refund was denied despite them acknowledging the bugs and quirks that the algo had. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and I was awarded a permanent refund based on my extensive documentation. I wish that their algo worked as advertised! I hope they resolved their extensive issues.
