Great experience My experience with Simply Homes was very positive. I spoke with Chad throughout the process. I was never pressured. I can say no matter what questions I have ,they were answered. I was offered an excellent price for my home,but after speaking with my realtor,whom I knew from a past experience I decided to take the offer of my realtor.He explained to me money was the issue and selling in my community there were potentially higher offers from buyers. I dreaded people coming through my home,short notice alerts,stress which I didn't need. Closing date was changed 3 times, due to loan problems with the buyer. My health problems,dealing with an injured spine and needing rest added to the stress. I think I was wishing I had gone with Simply a million times! You sell your home as is. No inspection, no people in your home daily. If you think of selling through Simply,you have my word they are professional and up front.
