This company is my nightmare Three years ago a did a research to get a software company to build my online education platform with lms. That the company name was Xtremedesign. Some gave me the package at $500. Then has time goes Dudley the manager told that there was a mistake and I have to pay now $4000, which I did. Still today the platform is not live. My second project is a food delivery application. The cost almost tripled with Adam knight as manager and Michael as supervisor. We signed the contract in March 2020 still today the app is not done, Adam is asking every time $450 and doesn’t want to finish the application. I never had a presentation of none of my projects. In 2021, the company ghost ed me for 3 months without answering my questions. Adam sent me an admin panel that doesn’t have any control of the app users. My third experience is a bill payment application, still today, 11 months later it is only the alpha version I have seen. All the contracts were signed by Randolph, to calm me down, 5 months ago he told I can call him if any questions, actually he is not picking up my calls. I did file a complaint with the bbb.org , the Delaware attorney general office and the Delaware court, still Randolph did not respond to any emails sent by these organizations. The company has another name, Reignsol. I have contacted their numbers, Michael picked up and promised to call me but never. Three years later nothing is done. Under the explanations that they had to structure the company and also they saying that they gave me good cost, I am not able to see my projects, have a presentation or have a briefing. All this week Adam is not responding to my emails or calls. I told them, you can send me the files with a compensation or a full refund but even that no response. Never I will work with a company changing name and phone numbers like that. I think this is a scam. No company would ignore a court complaints or the bbb.org emails, at least no serious company. Still today November 29, 2022 the company doesn’t want to give me all my files. They only sent me the back-end and each applications. I have been begging for the admin panel and the website files but Adam Knight refused. One thing, see this company and never contact them. Randolph Crossley, Michael and Adam Knight are all name that these guys took they are not real.
