I really like how easy it is to create SOPs from scratch, but now the new ChatGPT integration is a game-changer! Also their support has been really helpful when I ran into some confusion trying to setup a complex conditional logic rule.

It has a lot of potential It has a lot of potential, but I have to get the SOP down for my own business and trying to retrofit someone elses processes, other than as reference, has been a bit of a time drain for me. Totally my own issue. Other than that, this is a cool tool that could be very helpful.
