This is a Very good website that does what it professes to do! This is a Very good website that does what it professes to do! The only thing missing, is a per-account retention of words declared as correct. (via cookies for instance)

This site used to be great This site used to be great, then in the last few months they started fooling around with the code in the box you type in, moving around where the word counter was, where the check spelling button was. Now they've moved it inside the box you type in, so the words you type are hidden behind the button. It worked better before, yet they had to mess around with it.

Product did the job and Support was excellent Product was easy to integrate with our J2EE application. Support desk responded almost immediately to the one issue I had and it was resolved within the hour.

OK product, but extremely bad support The product works (more or less) as advertised. The documentation is outdated and we had to check the source code to figure out how it actually worked. This was not so bad. We could live with it. But then we encountered several issues, and support is one of the worst ever ! Called many times, but very hard to get a hold of someone. Send 11 emails, only 2 were answered. Called dozens of times, left several voice mails, but no response, nothing ! Asked to call us, even gave a private number, but no one called back, ever. The code being obfuscated and minified, it's very hard to debug. We finally managed to change the source code and get it working, but lost countless hours doing so ! Overall, very, very disappointing experience.
