GBI originally reviewed negative but… I originally reviewed negative but after they emailed me an explanation of the product and the reason my outcome wasn’t what I expected; they offered me a replacement. Those are signs of a reputable business that can have my business any day. The quality wasn’t bad actually! I just assumed it’d be bigger. Check the sizes unlike me 👍🏼

GBWaiting. The design looks better than I expected. It took about 8 days longer than expected for delivery but that could be my local post office's fault. The instructions for application included using two products (finger wrap & Real Teal) neither of which were included with the tattoo. So at this point I am still waiting for advice on next steps.

GBBought a medium tattoo but it was the… Bought a medium tattoo but it was the dimensions of the small. First one I left on while wet for longer than it said because the tattoo kept peeling off with the paper. It never went on right. UPDATE; company immediately reached out to make things right. Updated to 5 stars for that.

GBOrder was quick and easy Order was quick and easy, and even though I received 4 I didn't need and was missing 4, they immediately took care of it. Absolutely happy.

GBI wasted my money on this product. I spent about $40 on two matching semi-perm tattoos. The one on my partner never developed and the one on me developed into a faded smudge 24 hrs later. We followed the instructions quite precisely. Customer service follow up when I contacted them was also poor. I would not recommend this product or this company.
