The interface is clunky and just terrible, the integration is manual at most cases, meaning that your tech team will be busy as hell sending all the events and testing if it works as intended

Dashly is totally disgusting! Dashly is totally disgusting, pathetic and I'm removing it for once and forever. A single request of pre-support form (as seen in Crisp & Intercom) to capture has Name, Email and Number has not been shipped in past 22 months and as a result we've lost so many potential leads and even a bulk orders as well. As we don't have contact details of the leads or chat initiator during the non-working hours.
