I didn't encounter any extraordinary issues but at the same time, averted anything particulary pleasing. The product did not stand out in any way - quality was meh and customer service was so-so. Some of my emails and messages weren't answered in time. All in all, not a bad experience, but nothing worth mentioning either. Inconcsequential.

It was eash to navigate the website and it was easy to identify the product I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth and I didn't have any difficultes with it. I received my order by the expected time and my items weree packaged properly. I also appreceated that they emailed met o confirm checks and I received a response to my inquiry in a timely manner. The customer service was friendly and I would consider using them again for my future orders. No spelling or grammatical errors found.

They really meet my expectation and the design is so great! They also give me some care tips on how to make my tattoo look more good and last longer. Definitely would come back for more.
