GBI ordered a server here and… I ordered a server here and unfortunately the particular unit i requested was out of stock however, Ryan did everything possible to offer replacements and alternatives and responded multiple times within about 10 minutes. As much as I needed something sooner for this particular occasion, I will certainly use Oplink in the future due to their hugely responsive customer service and their willingness to put things right. Thanks again Ryan and looking forward to working with you guys.
