The steam roller is just a giant freeze pipe with a normal carb🫥. Customer service had no answers, offered me a discount code future purchases.

But finally received my product and I love it. Only problem I have with it is that the freeze duration isn’t as long as boasted. Over all great pipe. Awesome Pipe! Excellent products, fast deliveries, and great personal follow-up. What’s not to love? The pipe works so well for me as I have asthma and usually cough my brains out and don’t enjoy the smoke as much, but this takes away the harshness. So much more enjoyable! Thanks!

The pipe is amazing The pipe is amazing. The shipping was slow and communication could be improved, but I am totally satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the piece. I've just ordered another piece and am hoping for speedier shipping. I've heard that the company was overloaded for the holiday 23 season, so hopefully things will be better. Still, wonderful piece.
