Met expectations The cooling chamber works well. The honeycomb slide helps keeping the burn balanced and avoids hard pulls. The delivery was on time with stated timeframe. My only critique is that the bong design doesn’t allow much space for inserting ice for an even cooler smoking experience.

The shipping was a little delayed and… The shipping was a little delayed and well to be honest annoyed me, because I didn’t receive any correspondence on the delay. But finally received my product and I love it. Only problem I have with it is that the freeze duration isn’t as long as boasted. Over all great pipe. Actually considering more items in the near future. Thanks

This is my 2nd Product here and to be fair…. This is my 2nd product and to be honest, I’m not impressed. I prefer my 8’ beaker to the freeze pipe as it’s much smoother. The bubbler was cool, but it broke with in 2 weeks. I will not be buying any more products, but I think it’s a great product for the newer less knowledgeable generation.
