Dedicated and thoughtful process & team... I dealt with MC Lists in a more of a business perspective with buying an Advert from their website. The process was extremely simple and was setup in no time. We had a couple of issues at the start as the Advertising Manager had just been setup but Marc made sure that we did not pay for the time that the advert was not displaying correctly, and extended it accordingly - we did not ask this of him, he just messaged us and let us know which was a lovely thing to do. Marc let me know each step of the way how it would work and even gave me some personalised messages throughout the time that we had the advert letting us know how long was left and finding out if there was anything else he could do for us. We saw an increase in customers with the traffic directed through MC Lists' referral link that we setup - So you can rest assured that you're going to have a good experience with MC Lists. On a server list point, you can tell that there has been time and effort put into the creation of this server listing, although there is a lot of other server listings out there, the team at MC Lists tries to make sure that every server is catered to, no matter the size of the server. SPONSORED ADS NOT WORTH IT!! BAD RESPONSE TIME FROM STAFF TEAM! Look I hate giving bad reviews but I should have looked into this website more before buying an ad. I did try and contact them through the discord regarding traffic of the site, no players joining the server (even with players that play the server voting) etc and after a day of no response I figured I would just purchase the ad. The support team have a slow response time, sometimes being days between responses while they’re all online. Should’ve done some more research before buying an ad. In a week I have received a total of 58 views with 0 clicks or interactions. The player list counter doesn’t even work and the CTO even admitted that “the site is dying and is full of a bunch of bugs and errors” Screenshot below. I like it Friendly staff, easy to add a new server and configure. I wish there were more statistics and a way to add custom tags, since my server's theme can be quite specific and would be found more easily by searching for its main theme.
