I cancelled DURING trial period as the program is simply awful. They make it impossible to get in contact with anyone and then when you finally do get a response, they are obviously not helpful and we still haven't been refunded anything. I have had to report them to Paypal simply to stop them taking funds. DO NOT SIGN UP
