Not very good Made a support ticket Looking for installs, But the owner rudely took over the ticket after the nice gent Braiden wanted to help me. Phil was very rude and not that nice. Then he got lost on what to do. But then he removed the nice support dude Braiden off of the ticket, And Messed up my server. Never coming back. AT ALL.

HAMZ support is the best ever! I have been a customer of HAMZ with all different types of products. I am glad I switched from my previous provider, My website runs so much smoothly. I am so grateful for the support team to help with the transition and problem I have had. They where able to get the transfer going in an hour! Support is shocking there stagf is… Support is shocking there staff is bad. One staff told me I was not a client when there is over 4 month left on my contract. I won't a giveaway and I didn't get it as they say that you didn't link discord to website. Very bad support

i get banned from the discord bcause i… i get banned from the discord bcause i asked about them selling fivem gameing servers...when that breaks fivem tos. they did not know how to answer me and kept beating around the question. they wont admit that they are unauthoreyzed game server provider
