You pay to get nothing Worst case scenario, they are scammers. Best case scenario, it's just a bunch of people pretending to be a well-structured team, as they are unable to handle requests. No product received, they never reply in the chats or to emails. The average level of such services is very low, but stay away from crypto payments. Buy rather on alternative websites where you can use PayPal or credit card, so at least you can request a chargeback when they won't send you any product. EDIT: worst thing is they reply to negative reviews here, saying they tried to contact you.
