I left a 1 star review as a verified… I left a 1 star review as a verified buyer on their own review portal and magically it doesn't show up and there are 0% of one and two star reviews. I've been using them since 2011 and won't ever touch them again after this. Shady as f***. Also their support comes at you like a pack of wolves trying to get you to change your mind without actually solving any of your issues or even apologizing their attitude seems to be that you're always wrong and they're right and don't deserve this 1 star review. My original reason why I tried to leave a one star review was because they kept spamming me while I'm on a holiday to leave a review even after I chose I don't want to right now and to remind me later. Apparently their definition of "later" is in 3 days. I ignored the second spam mail to review I got but not too long after I got a third mail to review. At that point I gave them exactly what they so desperately crawed. All of this happened in less than 2 weeks. As for the service itself their android app is so broken it's unusable. It keeps dropping connections without warning and you have to manually reconnect to the servers every 15 minutes. Also drains your battery like crazy. This wasn't such a huge deal for me since I prefer openvpn but might be to someone else who doesn't feel like tinkering with openvpn profiles. Their servers generally work fine but certain popular servers slow down significantly and/or start dropping connections no matter the protocol at peak traffic times. In conclusion a mediocre VPN service completely ruined by rude, self-centered management and shady business practices. They put up a fake smile to the public but don't actually give a s*** about you as a customer. All they want from you is your money and a positive review so they can attract more customers and the cycle repeats.
