Billed 3 times for 1 account & can't get refund, STILL BEING CHARGED! Billed 3 times for 1 account. Got refund for one of them but the other can't seem to get a decent reply. The payment I did sign up for am still being billed for when I never went through with the treatment, I am still being billed every month, my credit report is being hijacked by them. It started of wonderful, not it is a nightmare, my bank account is hundreds of dollars in the negative and my good credit is shot now. Thanks DENEFITS.

Denefits was the silver lining I purchased a service that used Denefits. I wasn't happy with the product but had been impressed with the Denefits processing. They provided prompt care and accessible service for my refund. I'm happy with their services and might use them myself in the future.

This company is attempting to steal the… This company is attempting to steal the money from my prospective client. They refuse to give her a full refund even though I as the provider was not given any money. I informed the prospective client that I am not able to provide products and services because I have not been paid. Over and over again, I asked Denefits to cancel the contract and give the client back her money. They keep refusing and threaten to keep more that $300 of her money.
