They refuse to give her a full refund even though I as the provider was not given any money. I informed the prospective client that I am not able to provide products and services because I have not been paid. Over and over again, I asked Denefits to cancel the contract and give the client back her money. They keep refusing and threaten to keep more that $300 of her money.
