STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They're thieves. I used them for ketamine treatment and then decided I didn't want to do it anymore (the next day). Well my fault for not reading every single little detail in that long, agonizing list of terms and conditions. More like rips offs and scams. So I paid $399.00. They only gave me back 330.00 of it. Because they charged me 30 bucks for some BS excuse (the contract itself) and then another 30 bucks for canceling it! Ridiculous! I didn't even use anything! You're charging me 60 dollars for something I didn't even use? For a contract? For cancelling? That's ridiculous and it's a scam. Unless for some reason you really really really need to use these guys or you'll die, stay far away from them. That's how they make their money at all and scam people. They come off like they're gonna help you with something you couldn't afford otherwise but what they do is scam you. Scam people who obviously can't afford it to begin with! What a waste of my money. Money I definitely didn't have. I hope whoever reads this takes heed to my warning. Yes it was my fault and I should have read everything. But most of us don't. It's too long, boring and no one wants to read several pages of documents. Let's be real. And they take advantage of that. I honestly don't even know if that's the truth and maybe I could have just disputed it with my card. They could have just said all that crap to get the money out of me because they didn't want to make nothing. Can't trust anyone these days. It's sad because companies like this make it sound like they want to help you but they DON'T. They take money from you even if you decide you don't want the service for whatever reason! They don't care. They're scammers and you've been warned. I'm going to complain in every possible way I can about this and make other people know about it as well. STAY AWAY. THEY HAVE BAD RATINGS FOR A REASON. They have bad ratings on the BBB and almost everywhere else. Unfortunately I'm not the only one they ripped off. Still waiting for half my "refund."

This company is attempting to steal the… This company is attempting to steal the money from my prospective client. They refuse to give her a full refund even though I as the provider was not given any money. I informed the prospective client that I am not able to provide products and services because I have not been paid. Over and over again, I asked Denefits to cancel the contract and give the client back her money. They keep refusing and threaten to keep more that $300 of her money.
