Worst experience I've ever had Worst experience I've ever had - corrupt and disorganized Worst experience I've ever had. First they cancelled my Carrot Credit card as I was paying for my IVF meds - If my husband wasn't up trying to get a hold of them and having to clear up the mess we would have had to postpone the cycle. Last, they ended up not covering a bunch of our expenses because they didn't like the formatting of the receipts. They have to be given the receipt immediately or else they are unable to understand a receipt with two charges on it for example. Really really awful customer service and just a scam really. I told 3 of my friends who worked in HR and were evaluating them for their companies and they all decided not to go through with them because of this.
