Before my Sedona Soul Adventure: Before my Sedona Soul Adventure: I felt anxious, unsure, and self-critical, and because of this, decisions I was making weren't being made by my best self. That made me feel lost and rudderless. After my Sedona Soul Adventure: I am strong, positive, and I feel at peace with myself. I now imagine my life with more joy and more possibilities to make choices I didn't think I could.

Change your thinking, change your life The one on one conversations in comfortable locations and on the land are refreshing and value added. I gained a whole new outlook on life as I was gently guided from a negative view of myself toward an attitude of gratitude for the lessons my life experiences have offered. I learned that these "lessons" are nuggets of information intended to add goodness and value to my future, I only have to understand that to change my paradigm from negative to positive. My thinking is a seed for self fulfilling prophecies.

Absolutely Wonderful Absolutely Wonderful! I am so very grateful for Sedona Soul Adventures! Before my adventure I was so beyond lost and physical and emotional exhaustion more than words can describe and am willing to share here. Yes it is expensive, but I knew I couldn't afford not to do it; I had to make myself a priority and it was best decision I've made in a long time. Everyone is/was so welcoming, kind, supportive, and more. After my adventure I feel like a have purpose again, my life is not over, that I can LIVE not just exist, and that I do in fact matter! I am feeling more like my true self again. I highly recommend it.

A transformative journey I first found Sedona Soul Adventures (SSA) at a time in my life where I felt stuck in my present situation, so i knew that i had to find some way to change either myself and/or my surroundings. The SSA experience was just what i needed to start the process of getting out of my head and onto my soul’s path. Each one of the eight one-on-one sessions that i attended was led by an amazing and beautiful soul, who provided tools and advice that I’ve integrated into my routine.
