About Sedona Soul Adventures

Named "Best of Sedona" for Retreats 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, we've now been named to the "Best of Sedona Hall of Fame". Named "Best Marriage Retreats in the US" (2015-2023)." Our Retreat Intensives are different from everything that's out there because each retreat is custom designed for each individual or couple. We work only with individuals and couples (not groups). Each retreat is private, consisting of one-on-one or two-on-one (for Couples) sessions with Sedona's most incredible practitioners (we have over 60!), both in Sedona and At Home on Zoom. We spend time connecting with you (or both of you for Couples) before your retreat, really getting to the heart of the matter, and then custom designing your retreat. During your retreat we use our Sedona Proven Process -- first, we find, release and heal the Core Wounds, fears, traumas, limiting beliefs (what we call "gunk") that are holding you back or causing the problems; next, we bring you into connection on all the levels -- physical, mental, emotional, spiritual -- to bring you into the life or relationship of your dreams; then we give you the tools and ongoing support to make sure your transformations last a lifetime! Change your thinking, change your life The one on one conversations in comfortable locations and on the land are refreshing and value added. I gained a whole new outlook on life as I was gently guided from a negative view of myself toward an attitude of gratitude for the lessons my life experiences have offered. I learned that these "lessons" are nuggets of information intended to add goodness and value to my future, I only have to understand that to change my paradigm from negative to positive. My thinking is a seed for self fulfilling prophecies.

Soul Adventure is amazing from the… Soul Adventure is amazing from the people who help design your program, to orientation, to the fabulous practitioners. Everyone in the program are there to help you shift to be the best version of yourself. They teach tools you can use to handle the trials of life. And the blessing is that it all happens in the magical place of the Sedona Red Rocks. God gave a vision to Debra and she brought it to life to help better souls around the world! Simply Amazing From the initial intake to the last session you will not encounter more caring and genuine people in your life. You may question what is happening until the point where everything falls in to place, makes total sense and you leave saying that was totally worth it!
