Everyone in the program are there to help you shift to be the best version of yourself. They teach tools you can use to handle the trials of life. GBI can't say enough about my experience… I can't say enough about my experience with SSA! I came home a different person spiritually, emotionally and physically after spending the prior year buried in grief and anxiety. I didn't recognize myself anymore. I was so lost and didn’t see a path forward. By the end of my 3 days with SSA, I was glowing from the inside out and I feel like I've come "home" to myself again. Not only am I reconnected emotionally and spiritually to myself, my body literally feels different. I feel lighter and I’ve shed the heavy weight of grief and anxiety. I'll be forever grateful for this sacred experience!

GBAbsolutely Wonderful Absolutely Wonderful! I am so very grateful for Sedona Soul Adventures! Before my adventure I was so beyond lost and physical and emotional exhaustion more than words can describe and am willing to share here. Yes it is expensive, but I knew I couldn't afford not to do it; I had to make myself a priority and it was best decision I've made in a long time. Everyone is/was so welcoming, kind, supportive, and more. After my adventure I feel like a have purpose again, my life is not over, that I can LIVE not just exist, and that I do in fact matter! I am feeling more like my true self again. I highly recommend it.
