They were able to submit my application on the website so I didn’t have to do it and I received follow-up calls/text to make sure everything went ok. GBFor medical certification For medical certification, they carefully walk you through all the steps. They are responsive to phone calls and will follow up if/when needed. They are able to quickly go through the state paperwork that is needed and will even do it for you. Every time I had a question or a glitch, I could call them and actually speak with a person!

They did not try to "sell" something to this 60 yr old Grandma in palliative care, in fact the opposite. The Gentleman on the phone chatted with me for over 10 minutes answering all my questions about the Lifetime card. I truly appreciate the quality customer service from this company.
