I was able to ask questions & place my order while waiting for an appointment. Made it super easy for me. Plus the shipping was super fast vs big chains that take 2-3 weeks to wander across the country. Beautifully packaged as usual.

I have long straight eyelashes and this mascara coats and CURLS with an eyelash curler like nothing I have ever used. Goss deserves a Nobel Prize for putting together this formula.

Items.came in quick Items.came in quick, my only feedback would be to provide more protection for packaging. My items were freely moving around, I can see that if I had ordered a makeup palette, without the proper protection it's vulnerable to breaking because of how the package would be handled. Everything I received was intact but the lack of proper protection inside was a little bit of a concern for me.

My order is always on time, in perfect shape, and so thoughtfully packaged. Ordering is a cinch. Also, if they are out of stock on an item, and you request them to advise you when the item is for sale again, they actually do follow through unlike some companies which will go un named. I love Beautylish. Not one complaint from me.
