Not only did I get a free gift being the Orgy Velour Liquid Makeup display, I also received a free sample of Oribe Shampoo and Conditioner. This is my first time ordering a Jeffree Star product and I am so excited that I got so much!! Fabulous Customer Service Where else can you not only get text reminders a product is dropping, but the chance to preorder what you need before it sells out to the general public + meaningful rewards for cash discounts? I was able to ask questions & place my order while waiting for an appointment. Made it super easy for me. Plus the shipping was super fast vs big chains that take 2-3 weeks to wander across the country. Beautifully packaged as usual.

My items were freely moving around, I can see that if I had ordered a makeup palette, without the proper protection it's vulnerable to breaking because of how the package would be handled. Everything I received was intact but the lack of proper protection inside was a little bit of a concern for me.
