GBI had an averge experience with… I had an averge experience with beautylish.com. They have okay choices but there aren't màny options to choose from. Prices were nomal, nothing too high or too low, but they tend to fluctuàte quite a bit. Navigationg throug the website was kinda mìddling, it wasnt very user-friendly. Customer servìce was fine, I got my answeres prètty quick. All in al, an ordinarì experience.

GBserious inventory issues Firstly, customer service is typically top notch, shipping times lightening quick, and every order typically comes with a generous sample of something. HOWEVER, the reason for the 3 stars is because for the last year or two, not only are they no longer selling my favorite brands like Farmacy and Benefit, but all of the brands they DO have on offer seem to be of ridiculously pitiful inventory numbers. Nearly everytime I come to the site to pick up a new Sonia G brush and replace my staples, they're CONSTANTLY out of stock. Not only are they out of stock, but ill come back to check weeks if not months later and the items are *STILL* out of stock. New Tom Ford releases will be sold out within hours. (sometimes minutes) Beautylish used to be my #1 resource for beauty products for years, but unfortunately I can't even remember the last successful purchase I've made from Beautylish. I say this, bc what prompted the review in the first place, is I put the LA Mer foundation I was interested in (of course, the last one in stock) it allowed me to add it to cart, but then when I tried to check out, I was given the message that my foundation was out of stock. However the website still shows that there's one left. Super irritated at this point, I contacted customer service who assured me that they did still have it, but that I'd likely need to make the purchase over the phone. I just didn't think it was worth the effort at that point. Beautylish, you REALLY need to get a handle on your inventory issues, and with retaining our favorite brands. The loss of Benefit and Farmacy were major blows to my consumer confidence. I see that Beautylish has added many new expensive indie brands to the site that I've barely heard of, which is fine, but I'm less keen to throw their products in my cart as an add on, if I can't even shop for my basic trusted staples from dependable brands bc my shade is ALWAYS out of stock, and it takes virtually a decade to restock them, and then they're out again immediately?! Why would I want to purchase a lucky bag this year, if I know that beautylish clearly struggles to maintain basic inventory on the desirable items? Its all but a guarantee that my $75-150 bag will be overstock from brands I've never heard of before, bc that's literally all the inventory it seems you have. I understand that Covid was a colossal economic disaster for smaller businesses- ESPECIALLY beauty, so perhaps that's a major contribution to the aforementioned inventory/brand retention issues? Hopefully the issue gets fixed in the future, bc I would absolutely love to splurge again there. I really miss the beautifully wrapped packages the customer service and exquisite fude brush hauls.

CAItems.came in quick Items.came in quick, my only feedback would be to provide more protection for packaging. My items were freely moving around, I can see that if I had ordered a makeup palette, without the proper protection it's vulnerable to breaking because of how the package would be handled. Everything I received was intact but the lack of proper protection inside was a little bit of a concern for me.
