My items were freely moving around, I can see that if I had ordered a makeup palette, without the proper protection it's vulnerable to breaking because of how the package would be handled. Everything I received was intact but the lack of proper protection inside was a little bit of a concern for me.

I was very happy to find Christophe… I was very happy to find Christophe Robin hair products as well as Cle de Peau skin care and makeup. Both lines are pricey and worth every penny.
