They have all gone above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable and all my questions were always answered. I had many, many questions before starting my BHRT journey and everyone at Thrivelab made sure all questions were answered, including reaching out to their doctors and checking before I even scheduled an appointment. Dr. Bimisa has been wonderful. She always early to our appointments and explains things very well. She's always available and gets right back to me when needed. I'm very happy with Thrivelab and definitely recommend them to all women.

My Primary Provider took the time to… My Primary Provider took the time to listen to me completely, she answered all my questions no matter how big or small they were. She was able to make me feel confident in the treatment plan she came up with for me and I cannot wait to get started and start feeling like myself again. I am so glad I found Thrivelab!!

Time and Money Wasted The provider was great, but I spent a lot of time doing intake and got charged just to be told me A1C is too high to treat me. I was given a hypothetical protocol to help me, but it can’t be implemented.

The staff is amazing The staff is amazing. They are very quick to respond with any questions and very helpful at getting things resolved. Their doctors are knowledgeable and helpful as well. I've never worked with a company where everything can be done by text and everybody gets the messages and it will be forwarded on to the correct person and they will respond at such a high rate of speed. A special shout out to Katia and Dr. Garth. They are both amazing!
