USSPARK is improving our process We started using SPARK in August of 2021 for SBA 7(a) lending. The sales and onboarding processes were quick and easy. The Sales Team demonstrated the system for our leaders and helped us make sure that SPARK is the right system for us. The Customer Success Team took the time to show us how the system works, and where possible, they made configuration changes so that the system fits our business. They held many training sessions with our team and continue to hold periodic calls to answer ad hoc questions. SPARK handles all aspects of the lending process from Origination through Closing, and the screens are modern and easy to navigate. Our Sales Team loves the portal for borrower communication and document collection. If you are in the market for a new lending platform, I recommend that you take a look at SPARK.
