Website and product review I've been a regular customer for several years now. The website makes it easy to place an order. The promotional discounts are great, and the shipping and receipt of my order was fast. The products I use work well and meet my expectations.

Great order experience This is the second order I have placed with natural source health. The process was user friendly and easy to complete. I unfortunately missed the follow up call but appreciated them reaching out to ensure I was not only satisfied with the order but also understood how to optimize the product I ordered.

I would have given you five stars I would have given you five stars, except that it is not apparent, nor in anyway easy or intuitive, to redeem the many multiple cards for $25 off my purchase of over $100 or more. Note: There should be some easy instructions and a mechanism set in place when you’re getting ready to pay for the order to utilize and redeem those cards. I’m currently in the busiest time of the year business wise and do not have the time to call your customer service department. I am so busy it’s just not gonna happen. This issue has been disconcerting enough that I have considered going somewhere else for supplements.
