Delightfully Satisfied! I am a new wig wearer and am quite pleased with the company. There was plenty of video's to help me be prepared for wearing of wigs. I really like that I can sort the wig styles by my cap size for easy shopping. There is plenty of pictures to help me decide along with video reviews. My first two wigs I ordered were just perfect for me in size, color and style. The third wig is a cute style but not for me so I had to return. I was happy to have the peace of mind that I could return it. The return process was simple and the money was returned rather quickly. I love the frequent sales to help be more friendly on the budget. It is also nice to know with each purchase, I am earning points to help go toward a discounted future purchase. When I was going on vacation, I was concerned about how the wig would be going through secuity. I called the customer service number and the friendly agent gave me comfort all would be well.
