Mary's help was so clarifying! Thank you, Mary, for making a hasty adjustment to my recently placed order! She was knowledgeable, patient, and so helpful while I am new-to-learning about the Upstep orthotics ordering process.

Some of the questions are difficult to… Some of the questions are difficult to answer. How am I supposed to know that my legs rotate? Now I put my order in and found out that it does no way to correct it

Great product after trying many 0thers. I have ordered upsteps before and they worked great for me. Since then I have had foot surgery and my orthotics are getting worn after several years. So I need new ones.
