DRINK YOUR WATER, GUYS! Seriously, keep hydrated if you're taking more than one of these a day. The boost in sperm production is (literally) nuts, but you gotta keep the water flowing in, or your nuts will be in serious pain and trouble. Eat celery as well to keep the NUT from getting gooey and hard to push out. Great product, but it's not a fix-all!
