DRINK YOUR WATER, GUYS! Seriously, keep hydrated if you're taking more than one of these a day. The boost in sperm production is (literally) nuts, but you gotta keep the water flowing in, or your nuts will be in serious pain and trouble. Eat celery as well to keep the NUT from getting gooey and hard to push out. Great product, but it's not a fix-all!

Helps some Received my purchase promptly booth times. Reordered Semenax because it did increase my volume, my be not as much as I imagined, but work good enough to get more. Between orders I stopped for a few weeks and noticed a drop in volume. So, trying again and hoping again for previous results. Would recommend to others.

It's been almost one month since I… It's been almost one month since I started taking Semenax. (4 Capsules a day as recommended) I think I see a bit of increase in my seaman count. I will try for another month and see the results then.
