Glad I found this site Good prices, very quick delivery, and items arrived per order in excellent condition. (shipping was a little high, but was overall was slightly cheaper than other sites, plus I got to choose what flavors I wanted.)

They communicated well after my order They communicated well after my order. The products came within very reasonable time and in good condition. The only misgiving I had with them was the hidden cost of shipping, which was quite high and I read that there would be no tax if I didn't live in California, this was not true.

I feel I have been scammed I placed an order of 2 items totalling a little less than 30 US$ and checked their shipping before placing the order. It was to be shipped to europe. After a long wait, and checking the tracking number I got in touch with the postal service, and they indicated that the products had been returned because the sender had not complied with a universal form that ALL pòstal sercives internationally use. I sent repeated messages to HerbsPro about this, and a final one asking for my money back. They did not reply to a single one of my messages. In one of my messages I had attached proof and the documents supplied by the postal office. So, I have surely felt scammed and have not received my purchas, nor my money back nor any answer to my communication efforts.
