Peak Performance Certainly helps me reach peak performance. I have achieved similar results by sticking to a strict diet, but frankly it is just easier to supplement. I have also tried the Max Volume which provided minor results at first. I then cut all alcohol and increased water intake to 120 oz a day and its noticeable. Don't release for three or four days and Damn. I recommend both products if you're looking to wow your partner.
