Although the customer service is good… Although the customer service is good the over abundance of emails I receive is ridiculous. Too many emails become like the lines on a highway. They are there but do you really notice or pay attention. Fewer emails with more to the point messages (most are very long and I really don't have time to read them) and a call to action would seem more appropriate. Just something to think about.

No order acknowlegement I gave average rating but actually your order placement process is below average. When ever I place an order on line I get instant order acknowledgement from other companies. Not you so I am let guessing if you received my order and when it will ship.. There is no order acknowledgement or communication on the status of the order I placed. There were no messages in my spam folder and you are added to my "safe" list for email. I finally called several days later and I was told my order would ship next day. It did and I received the email confirmation. Please provide order acknowledgement when order placed. Thank you
