GBNext Level We have grown past the point of pen & paper and using the “old school” methods. Once we started installing more than 6 roofs a week, there was no way. We needed help!! JobNimbus not only allowed us to service our customers better and our current pace, but enabled us to spring board into even more growth. We now install 12-14 roofs a week and I won’t say it’s easy, but there is NO WAY we could be doing the volume that we’re doing without them or their services. GBI feel like there are way more steps to… I feel like there are way more steps to go thru for the same result as our old program. It gets very confusing with the multiple contacts that get added for a job. Also Fusion/Simplii phone service has been a real challenge. We keep losing calls or the function to transfer or put calls on hold has not been operating.

GBLimited Phone App Phone app seems choppy at best. I can’t see all my contacts on the phone app and notifications are generalized. Some things are ok like uploading documents isn’t that difficult but would be easier if Nimbus had its own PDF creator. My company seems to like it though for some reason so I’m trying to learn what I can. Any help would be appreciated.

GBNo bueno!! Do yourself a favor and get Acculynx even if it costs more. Jobnimbus is not user friendly and has less functionality. Maybe if someone from the company offered to train users on their product I might see the benefits but that hasn’t happened.

GBHow Job Nimbus uploads Documents and Photos I dislike that Job Nimbus uploads pictures and documents as it wants too, not as you upload it. That does cause issues with work and sometimes with clients. Even when its by dates to upload it still uploads how ever it wants too. I think we should be able to count on JN to do as we select, we've selected it that way for a reason. Thank you, other than that I think your doing good.
