USJoyLux: An amazing company with an amazing product and super customer service! I have had several opportunities to be in contact with Joylux. Usually about orders. They were very quick to fix whatever problem might have been happening! I’ve spoken with them by phone and emailed. I have been using a Joylux device for over five years. It has truly been amazing how it has healed me, and restored elasticity and tone to my vaginal area. My surgeon is the person that told me about Joylux. She had been using one for a while as well. I believe every woman should have one.

USStill haven’t received the product Still haven’t received the product. Ordered 8/28 and today is 9/13. Called and was told it takes 3-5 business days to ship. The tracking information showed arrival on September 11; still nothing. There is enough profit margin to send for free (no such thing) other than snail-mail…Washington to Colorado…come on! I have become skeptical now. I am thankful I read the reviews and canceled the $99 upgrade. That separate transaction was taken care of with a return call within a week in which I am grateful for.

USVariety of products in subscription The subscription did not provide enough variety of products. I have a surplus of soaps, washes and wipes. The device itself is great. I wish they offered regular hygiene wipes, supplements and vaginally creme. Additionally, a skin oil that was hypoallergenic and not eccential oil scented.

USI only received half of my order I only received half of my order. These are fairly expensive and I only got package 2 of 2. I have no ide where package 1of 2 went. I had ordered two sets. One set for my daughter in law who is a new nursing mom.

USI am using the 2nd set today I am using the 2nd set today. It is helping to reduce the heat under my boobs. I am a runner and in this heat its so hard to cool down but having my chest cooler is actually helping.
