We are so excited to be able to use this organization. This company is a complete joke This company is a complete joke. I've authenticated a lot of items with them in the past and it was fine. This time around. I've had zero contact from for 2 days regarding 2 Hermes bags. I've messaged their chat several times and have been ignored. They have zero communication with customers for a service we entrust extremely high value items to. It's so offensive and extremely disrespectful to pass your 24 hour deadline to authenticate an item, ignore client questions for days on end. Terrible service. I'm still waiting for my authentication or refund!

These ladies (and gents?) KNOW THEIR… These ladies (and gents?) KNOW THEIR STUFF! Been using them for years. I no longer have to hesitate if I want to buy or sell anything. I have tried other authentication services, but find I get the most consistent results with Real Authentication, and if there are issues, they are quick to explain. Sometimes it would be nice to get more details, but its okay, none of the other services go into to much details either. I guess its what they do

First time user First time using Real Authentication. I love the suggested photo icons; they remind me what to consider when taking photos and have even helped me uncover some previously unknown hardware logos. Very fast turnaround time!
