Awful support This place used to be an amazing host with fast support and amazing servers whereas recently since its changed hands its now become completely unreliable and unusable

10/10 So yeah, I have been using this hosting for almost a year now and it always had the best experience Their support is very nice and fast, not to mention their discord server layout Best hosting..

Worst support.. Worst support... Unable to access cpanel since sign up. Not recommended. Waste of time and money

Bad services were down for about an… Bad services were down for about an week they couldn’t set up my services then I request for a refund they say there billing panel is down and yet how did I pay if the billing page is down then I ask again for a refund they say ok and still since 12/30/21 it’s now 1/15/21 and still no refund

Low price, with flaws Very cheap service, there’s no where else as cheap as this. The reason for the low rating is because I had signed up for the free trial and the same day decided I wanted to upgrade to paid. The website wouldn’t let me do that so I opened a support ticket on discord. They replied decently fast, I let them know what I needed done, a couple days later I contacted them again because my account was still on the free trial, then the website goes down. When the website gets back online I find that my website was automatically deleted even though I contacted them almost a week before so that wouldn’t happen.
