They made the proxy work the day later, when it was too late, because their service is super slow (answer day later) and they didn't gave me a refund. Traffic Usage Scam You buy 5gb, you get 500mb. They raise the traffic usage artificially so that you use your credit amount faster than normaly. I tracked my usage and it wasn´t nearly that what I got billed. Can´t recommend - will never purchase anything again and will get the money back by credit card

Luna scam me & stole my 15$ I sent mail more than 10 times for support but no response from Luna customer service. Very poor service. They scam my 15$ and not responding me

Really a stellar Customer Support I had paid to a worng username and mail. I don't have the mail access and password. Luna proxy customer service added traffic to my new account by verify my ip addresses and payment link. They really work hard to give my proxy back as I don't have any strong evidence for me but they investigate the matter and fix my problem. Their response was super fast. I was communicating with them through Telegram. My experience about Luna proxy customer service is excellent. Thanks a lot Luna proxy. Take ♥️
