If I could give a no star I would If I could give a no star I would. This company is a complete scam. They promised to reimburse accounts if failed and all my accounts was blown (5). Trying to get a refund from these people is like going to war. They removed me out of groups because I requested refund from blown accounts. Stay away from this company they scamming folks out of money and then trying to say they was breached. Terrible experience!

Great experience! Recommended to friends already! I don’t usually write reviews but I really wanted to share my experience with Balgo Tech. The customer service is amazing and they really helped guide me and navigate through the platform. It’s not complicated though and I definitely recommend this to my friends. Not too sure how it’s getting bad reviews, maybe those folks don’t actually know how to trade or haven’t tried contacting customer service but I’ve personally had a great experience and hope other try it out. As a woman I always try to uplift other woman and have been sharing with my friends. Give it a shot, trust me.

A scam company I purchased a subscription with this company in December and was told I will be calibrated on an account making money before end of the year. The bot was turned off and nobody informed me. When January came around and I had been charged again for service with nothing happening for my account I reached out to “customer service” they said “oh sorry, let’s calibrate you and issue a refund. You won’t be charged u til your account passes the prop challenge. February came around and I was charged again without passing the prop form challenge. I was issued a refund and given another apology. March came around and I haven’t passed the challenge for the prop form again. Customer service is now dodging me and I have to reach out multiple times before anyone will get ahold of me. Finally I am fed up with the empty promises and demand a full refund of about 3700 USD. It has been over a month and I still have yet to see a refund on the money they claim to of sent back to me. They are dodging all of my efforts to reach them and won’t send back almost 4000 dollars. This is nothing but a scam and I recommend everybody stay away. They will promise you many things but don’t be fooled, they will take your money and underperform beyond what you thought capable.
