Formidable Forms - Great Customization! I'm using Formidable Forms on several sites, in different configurations. The forms have been super easy to setup, highly customizable and I really like the conditional formatting options. The ability to quickly create various sized columns, the field sizing actually works, compared to others. Overall I've been very pleased with Formidable Forms right out of the "box".

Useful and Flexible Formidable Forms is always my go-to choice for WordPress forms. It's also a fabulous solution for a variety of uses and integrations. It's a much more flexible plugin than other forms plugins I've used before. I'm a lifer.

User-Friendly with Lots of Features I've been using Formidable Forms for years now and have been quite happy with the platform. I'm able to create forms easily, as well as edit when needed, which is a huge plus!
