Coming from Gravity to Formidable was like night and day, Gravity Forms seems so outdated now compared to what I'm able to accomplish with Formidable. And I've yet to come across anything that can't be done when it comes to what I need the forms to do.

In the end I was able to get the functionality and look the way I wanted it and have it integrated with Google Sheets and my CRM. The AI bot they use to try and answer questions before you get to creating a support ticket is really good - actually providing step by step instructions on what to try. And, if you do need support by email, they are really responsive and very helpful!
