They Scam Older People the Other Reviews are Fake Bottom LIne they Scam Older People the Other Reviews are Fake They tried to scam an older woman I know into buying a several year policy she did not use, lied and manipulated her into tears, and really should be shut down for being a really horrible business. If you are seeing this please leave them reviews on Yelp and Google where most people are going to see this. They charged her $1200 for three years (even though their web site offers an interest free payment plan of 4 installments). When we called they kept claiming everything was "documented" but the fact of the matter of she didn't need what they convinced her to buy and she did not need to give them all her passwords/accounts!!!

Absolute scam Another fake "tech support" company taking advantage of the elderly and gullible. Avoid at all costs. Neither Microsoft nor any other legitimate business will plague you with popups for tech support. Hit alt-F4 to close the scammer's window and go back about your business.

Ripped my 90 year old aunt off for $399… Ripped my 90 year old aunt off for $399 then completely wiped her emails.....she lost everything when they said they would fix it for her...then they started trying to change passwords for her bank account. Scammers ripping off old people and when I call your toll free number nobody is helpful. Would appreciate a line to reach someone who can help. You should be ashamed of the business you do to the elderly !!!

These monsters ripped my 88 yr old… These monsters ripped off my 88 yr old father for NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS! BEWARE!!! They hacked his computer and then charged him to retrieve his email. They are ruthless scammers.
