Ripped my 90 year old aunt off for $399… Ripped my 90 year old aunt off for $399 then completely wiped her emails.....she lost everything when they said they would fix it for her...then they started trying to change passwords for her bank account. Scammers ripping off old people and when I call your toll free number nobody is helpful. Would appreciate a line to reach someone who can help. You should be ashamed of the business you do to the elderly !!!

these people are scammers these people are scammers! Called my elderly Mom asking for her credit card, and telling her they could fix her computer for $899! She went ahead, at age 92, and the credit card company thankfully notified us re/this charge, and we were able to deny it. This operation needs to be put out of business! They are losers, scammers, and just out there trying to take advantage of others, mostly the elderly!

displeased I innocently permitted the technician to take over both, my pc and my wife's . The problems were not corrected and we lost data, especially our contacts and it's taken us two months to recover. I would like a refund of their charge
