BRMost bad reviews are because the ads Most bad reviews are because the ads, but the paid version is excellent because offers options to listen high quality without ads and you can listen using vlc or other player. One complaint is that some channels reprises the same music a lot during the day

GBDisregard negative reviews for those who want something for nothing If you're into electronic music, this has you covered. Can't be bothered with ads, so premium is the only way to go. Great service going on 8 years now

CHBeen a customer since the year 2000 I have been a customer for 20 years and I immediately signed up for the premium service the same day it was announced over a decade ago. I still enjoy the radio stations (di.fm, radiotunes etc) and I listen to them weekly. It would be nice if they had an app like Spotify has for Windows 10 so that we don't have to go to a website though. Keep it going!

CAItunes subscription keeps dropping Ive been with DIFM for a few years. I subscribed through Itunes for the premium service. However over the last year the account would drop off premium every month. I would write an email and they would reinstate the service. Each time asking me to drop the Itunes subscription in favor of the direct CC billing. I eventually told them I was cancelling due to regularly opening the app to ads when I was a paid premium member and the response was " great to hear your cancelling!" "please consider direct billing in future"... I will say they have been responsive and apart from very little updates in the Ambient / chill stations, its high quality streams and is on Carplay.

PTgreat music - obnoxious ads Love the music but the ads are extra annoying - every 5-10 minutes (not 20, thank you) and always the same highly annoying ones over and over again. I get it, the aim is to get listeners to go Premium but you won't get that by killing them by making sure the ads are extra obnoxious. I've had my share for a while...agh
