Amazingly fast!!! What makes DiskInternals product is that they recover data very fast, I have installed the trial software from may other companies but found DiskInternal "Partition Recovery" & "RAID Recovery" are far better than others. Perfect. I’ve used VMFS Recovery from DiskInternals for the first time a month ago. The problem was that from my VMFS6 were accidentally deleted VMDK files. Thank God, nothing was overwritten! The moment I’ve realized the problem - I’ve searched for the solution and I’ve found this one software. It wasn’t hard to realize how does it work - it pretty much easy. Well, if you’ve ever worked with VM - this software will be really easy for you, cause every step is logical. After the scanning was done, I’ve got my VMDK files and restored the VM. No response from support and no data recovery! I purchased their RAID Recovery software (6 disk license) on understanding I could request a 'Guided Recovery Service' as per their website (written under 'Download and start recovery' on their RAID recovery product page) . This was duly requested the day I purchased the software on 7th Feb 2023 but they have not responded once to my ticket, despite numerous requests/ticket updates via their support desk. I even resorted to sending them a message via their Facebook page and again I was ignored. I spent 522.98 GBP on this product, which was unable to recover the data (despite the software showing full file/folder listings in the trial mode). I am going to continue to pursue this matter, but in the meantime, please be warned, as based on my own experience, you will get no support whatsoever from this company and may, like me, end up having to hire a professional data recovery specialist to restore your data.

Due to house renovation Due to house renovation, my computer was handled improperly causing injury and consequently failure of the hard drive. This resulted in me losing all my years worth of data that included family photos and work documents. Quite frankly I had lost all hope in the possibility of retrieving it. That’s when I found DiskInternals’ Partition Recovery. I was skeptical, but decided to try the trial version as there was no harm in doing so. The preview feature took a rock off my shoulders. I’ve managed to recover all of my material. The fact that I recovered all my data makes me feel assured that if a mishap like this were to occur again I don’t have to be worried at all. I would most certainly recommend this to everyone who has lost data and are looking for a way to recover it.

No support Software doesn't recover files and support doesn't answer my support ticket, even though I've payed for priority support. --- EDIT 22/09 --- Reply stated I got an answer on my support ticket. I didn't. --- EDIT 24/11 --- Ticket #327252 - No reply after 24/08 Ticket #395229 - No reply at all If there's a third option (aside from email and your website) where I can find whether or not I was answered, please let me know.
