Marcus and Allen Luke are no longer with the company, and despite Robert Finch’s assurances, there has been no correspondence since January 2024. My engagement with them began in October 2023. I am considering taking legal steps to secure a refund of my payment.

I am working with Marcus. So far no communication from them after my website was built. I attempt to call them and no returned calls. I worked with Marcus. Unfortunately, I thought they were more professional.

Built Me a Site That Fails Google Page Speed Marcus worked with me to build a site that was supposed to be completed by mid-August. It was finally finished in mid-November, and fails Google's site speed tests on a number of points, including unused CSS, chaining critical requests, and non-crawlable links. Marcus would only tell me these could be resolved if I would pay for their maintenance plan. I think that if you pay for a site, it should be delivered to you with a passing Google PageSpeed score at a minimum.
