Why you should think about using Rho: - They gave us a much higher limit than other credit card providers. - It was a very easy onboarding process. - User friendly platform and mobile app. - After the SVB crisis, they supported us and we transferred our bank transactions to Rho. - Amazing customer service - they really are open and listen to product feedback. - Seamless NetSuite Integration - so easy to sync transactions and re-sync if the coding needs to be updated. Would definitely recommend Rho!!

USHaving tried a few different banking… Having tried a few different banking providers, I have found Rho to be best-in-class not just on feature functionality but also on customer servicing. Onboarding was super fast and the team was there for us every step of the way. Love the treasury feature as well!

BDAccount Opening After submitting, they declined my registration. Even they don't share any specific reason for the rejection. Customers services are also very bad.

USAbsolutely Horrible! Unfortunately there are no negative stars available. This company was terrible to work with. Many promises up front and then for months they changed the terms with the only communication coming from an automated email. No one would respond or answer calls or emails. We ended up having to go back to our previous provider. They highly disrupted our business and didn’t seem to care at all.
