Onboarding was super fast and the team was there for us every step of the way. Love the treasury feature as well!

Great business Credit Card and expense accounting. We use RHO for our business and the ease of operation for expense tracking, coding and accountability has been exceptional.

On boarding process is terrible If you’re looking for a bank for your 21st century tech start up, don’t bother with Rho online banking. It took them 3 weeks to reject my application with no explanation and without even calling to have a conversation with me about my new business. This was after I had provided all of the info they had requested, including a picture of my passport and the organisational documents issued by my Secretary of State. So they have all of my personal and business information, and I bet they will sell it. I’ll be looking for a bank that is actually on the cutting-edge instead of pretending to be. I’d avoid them if I were you.

Why you should think about using Rho: - They gave us a much higher limit than other credit card providers. - It was a very easy onboarding process. - User friendly platform and mobile app. - After the SVB crisis, they supported us and we transferred our bank transactions to Rho. - Amazing customer service - they really are open and listen to product feedback. - Seamless NetSuite Integration - so easy to sync transactions and re-sync if the coding needs to be updated.
