All seems good until you spend 60-70… All seems good until you spend 60-70 minutes doing the better paid surveys only for them to not submit or break at the last page. Raise a dispute and get a robotic response from their awful customer services advisor (apparently the only one!!!!) who repeatedly accuses you of refreshing or starting it twice but when you challenge her she ignores you!!!!! Or her newest response is basically tough!! Absolute waste of time!!!!!

Unlike other survey sites, the registration process was smooth, although it took a bit of time. Since joining, I've earned a nice sum by participating in a variety of studies and surveys. Testable Minds I do get studies rarely but every time I withdraw my money, I do not get it on time. Payments are made every Tuesday according to Testable minds but I have pending withdrawals dating back to October, with the most recent one made on the 4th of November. I have never received my payment on time. The previous one was received 2 months after withdrawing, that was after sending numerous emails. Even now, I have sent 3 emails with no response from Testable minds. Their previous response was that my Paypal account does not accept payment. I confirmed that it does, Paypal also confirmed it. I have lost interest in doing any studies. I just want them to pay my pending withdrawals.

It offers studies with some decent… It offers studies with some decent incentive, and the estimated time on each studies are accurate. It's been 4 years since being a member of this great community. No issues or whatsoever.
