GBUnwarranted Suspension Before Full Setup! Set up an account and was immediately suspended! Poor business set up to suspend accounts before they are even fully set up. Completely unacceptable and would never recommend. The user interface was also not very friendly, and it was difficult to find the information I needed.

GBMissing Features We have been using this for sometime. Its intuitive, easy to understand and just makes sense where as many other providers have failed. However, we have found that since starting to use the agenda (we like the side by side concurrent sessions view others lack), that you cannot export your agenda, you cannot print your agenda, you actually have no real access to the data at all aside from editing it. A REAL PAIN when you need your agenda in a CSV file or excel file to share with your team or to copy your sessions for marketing purposes. - You cant. We asked why you can create custom reports but not export the agenda or even export your speakers. Its not cheap, these features should be baked in.
